Terms of Use
By using the XTARQ ("Tarq") app you agree to these terms. Please read them in full; they set out what the app does and does not do, and what we expect from you.
1. What XTARQ is
- XTARQ is a technical-analysis and educational tool for the crypto, forex and gold markets.
- It shows signals generated from technical indicators and defined strategies, lets you build and back-test your own strategies on past data, analyses chart images with AI, and runs a paper (simulated) trading bot.
- XTARQ is not a broker, not a trading platform and not a licensed financial adviser.
2. Not a recommendation and not financial advice
- Everything the app shows — signals, confidence scores, analyses, back-test results, lessons — is general information for analysis and education only.
- None of it is a recommendation to buy or sell, nor investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it takes your financial situation or goals into account.
- A signal is the arithmetic output of indicators on past data; it can be wrong, late, or never arrive at all.
3. No real order execution
- The trading bot in the app is entirely paper: it records simulated trades at market prices with no real money and no connection to any trading account.
- The app does not and cannot execute real orders on your behalf, does not hold your money, and never asks for card details.
- Simulated results do not reflect what would have happened in a real account (slippage, fees, liquidity, execution delay).
4. The external broker
- The app may show a referral link to the "external broker". The broker is entirely independent of us; opening an account, depositing and trading there are governed by its terms and are its responsibility.
- We may receive compensation from the external broker when you register through the referral link. This does not make us a party to your relationship with the broker, nor responsible for its services or for your funds there.
- Activating a tier in XTARQ may require entering your broker account ID for manual review; we may accept or decline the request.
5. Tiers and their limits
- App features are provided in tiers (for example Trial, Silver, Gold, Platinum), each with daily limits on signals, image analyses and available strategies, as shown in the app.
- We may change the tiers, their limits and activation conditions at any time; the values in force are always shown in the app.
6. Risk and your responsibility
- Trading crypto, forex, gold and binary options carries high risk and can lead to the loss of your entire capital. See the Risk Disclosure.
- You alone are responsible for every trading decision you make, whether or not it was based on the app.
- Past results — real, simulated or shown in strategy back-tests — do not guarantee future results.
- We give no guarantee of profit, accuracy, availability or freedom from errors.
7. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use the app.
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe; you are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account per person; accounts may not be shared or sold.
8. Unacceptable use
You must not:
- Use the app unlawfully, or attempt to hack or disrupt it, or bypass tier limits.
- Redistribute signals or content commercially, or present them to others as recommendations.
- Enter a broker ID that is not yours, or misleading information, to obtain activation.
- Upload images or content belonging to others without the right to do so, or abusive content.
We may suspend or terminate an account, temporarily or permanently, for misuse or breach of these terms, without prejudice to any other right we have.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, built-in strategies and lessons belong to us. Strategies you create remain yours; you grant us the right to store and run them in order to provide the service to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, lost profit or indirect damage arising from use of the app, reliance on its content, dealings with the external broker, service interruption, or errors in data received from market data providers.
11. Availability and changes
We may change the app, withdraw features or amend these terms. When we amend the terms we update the "Last updated" date and show them in the app; continued use means acceptance.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from My Account, then Delete my account. We may end the service or an account under section 8.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
